1.2 Important: Do not schedule or begin installation or any works until all goods have been delivered and thoroughly checked. Brick Express accepts no liability for costs or losses due to delayed, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries.

2. Order Placement

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and able to accept delivery in the UK or Ireland.

2.2 Payment is taken at the time of order. Once confirmed by email, a contract is formed.

2.3 Full payment is required at checkout, regardless of stock availability.

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery dates are provisional until confirmed. Do not arrange installation until goods are received and checked.

3.2 Deliveries may be split into multiple shipments.

3.3 You must inform us of any delivery restrictions (e.g. narrow roads, access issues). Failure to do so may result in delays and additional charges.

3.4 Deliveries are made to the nearest accessible public highway. Refusal of delivery may result in full delivery and collection charges.

3.5 Delivery is kerbside only. A signature is required unless prior agreement is made. Responsibility for goods transfers upon delivery.

3.6 We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, industrial action, or other disruptions).

3.7 If delivery exceeds 14 days, you may cancel your order without additional cost.

3.8 Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

3.9 Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur redelivery, restocking, or collection charges.

3.10 Returns (Summary)

• Damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 7 days
• Undamaged returns must be requested within 7 days
• Goods must be returned in original packaging and condition
• Restocking fees may apply (up to 25%)
• Additional delivery/collection charges may apply

3.11 Delivery Method

Brick packs are typically delivered via vehicles with tail lifts unless otherwise specified. Please ensure this is suitable before ordering.

4.1 We reserve the right not to fulfil orders where pricing errors occur.

4.2 Product descriptions and images are for guidance only. Customers must ensure suitability before purchase.

5.1 Products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer guarantee, unless stated otherwise.

5.2 All warranties are provided by manufacturers. Claims must be made directly with them.
