In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, we are committed to protecting your privacy and will never share your confidential information with anyone. We operate an email quotation system which requires that we send back to you, by email, your requested quotation for goods supplied and delivered to your designated delivery location.

Wherever we feel it necessary to provide you with a courtesy callback regarding your current quotation, we will do so within the working hours of our office and this call will be a one time only call unless otherwise requested by yourself. We will endeavour to make your quotation request as smooth from start to finish as possible. It is also quite possible that during the pre delivery period of your quotation that we may need to call you regarding stock availabilty, change of delivery circumstances etc, etc. We do so in good faith that this is for your benefit during the period of delivering your requested goods.

In addition to telephone calls from ourselves we also provide an "SMS TEXT" notification to our clients that request a quotation. If your quotation contains a mobile phone number our system will also notify you by text msg of a mini version of your quotation. We do this simply because it is not always possible to direct our email quotation directly to your email inbox and we feel that if you have taken the the time to request a quotation then it is to be regarded as important.

This website uses cookies for purposes of website functionality only. The two types of cookie uses are: Session expire cookies (Cookies that are removed from your system as soon as your internet browser is closed down) and persistant cookies (Cookies that remain in your system and become active when you revisit our website).

The persistant cookies we use are used to detect what device your computer is i.e. PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. By detecting what device you are using we can adjust page sizes and layouts of our web pages to best suit the device you are viewing on. A persistant cookie is also used to retain information on the items that you placed into your quote cart so that if your browsing session with us is disrupted for any reason the items that you had previously in your cart will still be there when you revisit our site. The persistant cookies we set will remain on your system for no longer than 8 days from the time of your first visit to our website.

Please be assured that we do not collect any kind of personal data about you or your system for use other than maintaining the functionality of our website. We do not sell, lease nor disclose customer data to third parties.
